Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie ‘barely spent time together’

But now the former couple – who had been together for more than a decade – have been hit with sensational claims they “barely spent time together” on the set of the movie, which portrayed an unhappy couple and was directed by Ang herself.

The couple announced they were splitting up last month, shocking fans across the globe, but now it’s claimed they began having problems almost straight after their wedding.

According to People magazineĀ , there was tension between them on the set of By The Sea, with a source claiming: “They hardly spoke when they were together.”

They portrayed an unhappy couple

Sources claimed they would often spend time apart on weekends, and appeared ‘distant’ on set as they filmed together.

“He would be very quiet and just keep to himself,” the source added. “Angelina was never with him.”

According to the report, Brad was often seen visiting a bar alone, as the source claimed: “It was not a honeymoon”.

They took their six children along during filming, and allegedly rented three villas for themselves and their staff.

It comes amid claims Brad has spent “some wonderful” quality time with his kids amid his divorce.

As the pair’s custody battle continues amid their divorce, a source had told PEOPLE magazine: “Brad has spent some wonderful time with [his] children recently.”
