Founder and leader of the All People’s Congress, Dr Hassan Ayariga has suspended two executive members of his party following a political endorsement they have publicly made.
The two, Mr. Emmanuel Carl Bartels and Razak Opoku, Vice Chairman and General Secretary respectively of APC were immediately fired after they issued a statement to support Nana Akufo Addo- flag bearer of the New Patriotic Party.
Shortly after the endorsement, Dr Ayariga denounced the claim in a statement. In a letter sent to Peacefmonline.com, the APC leader noted that “With immediate effect in accordance to the party’s constitution has suspended Mr Emmanuel Carl Bartels( vice Chairman) and Mr Razak Kojo Opoku(Gen secretary).
due to an indiscipline and gross disrespect to National Executive committee, and the general membership of APC nationwide.”

Dr Hassan Ayariga and the National Executive Committee wish to inform all APC members nationwide and the general public to refrain from dealing with these two suspended individuals with matters concerning the party till further notice.
