Ghanaians will call me “show boy” after transforming the country – Nana Addo

Nana-Addo-I-like-Daddy-Lumbas-YentieObiaaThe 2016 presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo says he would want to be nicknamed “Show Boy” should he win the 2016 presidential polls.

He explained that the sobriquet will be earned because of the great structures he will set up for “massive” developmental projects across the country as next president of the republic.

Speaking exclusively on PEACE FM’s morning showKokrokoo with award winning host Kwami Sefa Kayi, the NPP’s flagbearer dismissed claims that he will relocate the country’s capital to his hometown, Kyebi, in the Eastern Region.

He also explained how his government plans to help establish a factory in each of the 216 districts across the country.

“They said when I come to power I will relocate the capital of Ghana to my hometown. What is the capital going to do in Kyebi?” he questioned

“I have no intentions in doing that at all. My aim is to create jobs in the city and across the country. People will laud me for that rather than changing the capital to my hometown. I will be nicknamed the ‘Show boy’ for that. That is what I want to do” he said.

More soon…
