16466474_10211371668781975_524211981_oThe ruling New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Western Regional Communications Director Okatakyie (OKT) Amankwa Afrifa has expressed intense hope in the future of Ghana considering the experienced people President Nana Akufo-Addo has so far appointed into ministerial positions.

Speaking to www.233times.net, OKT as he is affectionately known mentioned that with regards to the political, academic, professional and entrepreneurial experiences of the appointees of the president, Ghana can bet on outstanding performances of the various ministries considering those who have been chosen to spearhead them.

“I am extremely happy the vetting process is telecasted live for Ghanaians to see the level of knowledge of the ministers-designate. Not only do they share problem solving ideas and how to administer their various ministries, their past records give confidence to everyone to know that they are very competent. Those who have been approved by parliament have started working and I am extremely confident and have great hope in the future of Ghana” Mr. Afrifa expressed.

OKT who is the son of the late General Akwasi Amankwaa Afrifa (Head of state of Ghana and leader of the military government in 1969) has assured Ghanaians that there is great hope for the country and with a president with wealth of experience and knowledge, competent men in various ministries and departments, the youth and Ghanaians in general can bank their hopes on the Nana Addo led administration.

“Some regions are not happy with their representation, everyone should understand that it is the prerogative of the President to appoint and the great experience of Nana Addo will let him satisfy all for the good of Ghana.” the indefatigable Communications Director Afrifa assured Ghanaians.

In his advice to those aspiring MMDCEs roles, Mr. Afrifa said “I am advising aspiring MMDCEs to assess themselves critically on whether they are ready to serve the people in their respective districts diligently, humbly and selflessly. They should also consider their contributions to the party’s victory in their districts and the country in general. I wish them well.”

Speaking to www.233times.net, Mr. Afrifa who is the manager of Dynamite FM in Tarkwa expressed his appreciation to Ghanaians for voting overwhelmingly for Nana Akufo-Addo and also assured that “We will deliver.”
