Level 400 Legon student commits suicide

legon-750x406A level 400 student of the University of Ghana has jumped to her death Wednesday dawn, sources at the school have confirmed to Starr News.

The deceased Jennifer Nyarko was believed to be suffering from  a ‘Fever’ but refuses to admit the condition.

She reportedly jumped from the balcony of the Akuaffo Hall annex A room 407 after staying away from lectures several days.

She was confirmed dead after she was rushed to the Legon hospital after being spotted on the floor by a passerby.

According to Starr News’ Peter Owusu who has visited the scene, students are traumatized by the development.
