There are growing concerns amongst good-music-lovers about the fast-food-kind of music that are composed daily in Ghana. This makes good music apparent in Ghana now.

The most requested music in Ghana now is ‘Koti,’ a masterpiece by Ayesem, the highest award winner at the maiden edition of Western Music Awards. Fans and non-fans alike are applauding the creativity of the song which is currently on top DJs playlists.

In ‘Koti,’ Ayesem otherwise known as Stephen Siaw wonders why God has said in the Bible that man should plant trees and use the seedlings, stems and roots for medicine but the law is against the use of cannabis leaves in Ghana.

The Shock Entertainment signed Artiste (Ayesem) further uses the mantras of top Artistes in Ghana like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, R2Bees to state his case for the legalization of the use of cannabis.

With overwhelming request for ‘Koti’ at various occasions, social media has tipped it to be nominated in Ghana Music Awards in 2018. Ayesem has indeed registered his name in great music composers’ book with ‘Koti.’
