Construct a house for Major Mahama’s wife and children – Bernard Mornah

34188184124-8f4448587d-oThe National Chairman of the People’s National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah is urging government to take a portion of the 5000 fund to build a house for the wife and children of Major Maxwell Mahama.

Government has set a GHC 5000 fund for the family of Major Mahama. This was announced after a delegation visited the family to pay their respect.

Speaking at the funeral of the late Major, Friday, Bernard Mornah said: “Government should use some of the fund to construct a house for the wife and children”.

Meanwhile, he has urged security services to regain the confidence of Ghanaians since it is the leading cause of mob attack.

“We should try to rebuild confidence because probably the residents of Denkyira- Obuasi had reported several cases to the police to no avail and so they took the law into their own hands; even though it is not justifiable. We should learn from this and change our ways…” he added.
