Barcelona hosted Chelsea, while Besiktas took on Bayern Munich in the final UEFA Champions League Round of 16, second leg, match-ups on Wednesday.
At Camp Nou, a Lionel Messi brace helped Barcelona to a 3-0 victory over Chelsea, with the Spanish giants earning a 4-1 aggregate success over the English champions. Messi’s second goal also took him to 100 career goals in the Champions League while Ousmane Dembele scored the other goal.

In the earlier kick-off in Istanbul, Bayern Munich underlined their superiority against Besiktas with a 3-1 victory for an emphatic 8-1 aggregate triumph.
