Beach FM’s Hans Mensah Andoh joins Joy FM’s Sports Team

Hans Mensah Andoh, Head of Focus 1 Media’s Sports Department has joined Joy FM in Accra.

The arguably excellent boxing writer in the Western and Central Regions will start his official duties with Multimedia on Monday 9th April, 2018. His duties include working on the Joy platforms (Joy 99.7 fm, Joy News and myjoyonline.com) with Joy Sports team which has Gary Al-Smith, George Addo and Nathaniel Attoh.

Hans as he is affectionately called by his listeners joined Focus 1 Media Group as a Sports Journalist on Radio Maxx in April 2013 and hosted the Maxx Sports Arena, Total 90 and the Premier League Live. He stayed with the Focus 1 group when Radio Maxx was decoupled and switched to Beach FM as host of Friday Night Football and Premier League Live.

Mr. Andoh was also the head of the media group’s online and social media team. He was part of the team of pundits who featured on Super Sport during the broadcaster’s engagement with the Ghana Premier League. A regular feature on GHOne’s Monday Night sports program ‘The Game,’ Hans has carved a niche for himself as an excellent boxing writer with his preview of the Fight of the Century between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquaio earning rave reviews.

He is hailed as an expert Analyst on various media platforms for local boxing and International boxing.
