PHOTOS: Kofi Kinaata feeds 680 inmates of Sekondi Central Prison as part of birthday celebration

Born Martin KingArthur, multiple award winning Artiste Kofi Kinaata on Monday 16th April, 2018 celebrated his birthday with inmates of the Sekondi Central Prison.

Kofi Kinaata whose birthday was on 15th April could not celebrate the birthday with the inmates on the exact day as scheduled since the prison does not allow visitating on Sunday. The celebration was therefore postponed to the following day Monday 16th April.

Present at the birthday party were Kofi Kinaata’s father Pastor Charles KingArthur who shared words of encouragement with the inmates, Team Move as well as officers of the Sekondi Prisons.

Made up of 658 males and 22 females, the prisoners of the Sekondi Central Prisons were treated to assorted rice and local meals, assorted drinks as well as performance from the ‘Susuka’ crooner, Kofi Kinaata.

Speaking to the prisoners, Kofi Kinaata assured them that “We are with you in all ways. We care about you and you’re in our prayers.” Kofi Kinaata used verses from his inspirational song ‘Susuka’ to encourage them.

The inmates of the prisons sung birthday song to the Artiste and blessed him for the kind gesture.

Skyy Media Group partnered Team Move to organize the celebration for the inmates.
