Man arrested for mysteriously entering the home of Western Regional Minister with metal rod

A man believed to be in his early twenties around 4:30am Saturday 18th May, 2019 was arrested for mysteriously entering the home of Hon. Dr. Okyere Darko-Mensah, the Western Regional Minister (RM) who is also the Member of Parliament (MP) for Takoradi Constituency.

According to deep throat, the daughter of the Regional Minister was washing when she saw the man with a metal rod in the compound of the RM at their Beach Road residence in Takoradi. “The daughter of the RM started shouting upon seeing the man with the metal rod. As she runned to the hall, the man followed the daughter of the RM into the hall with the metal rod” the deep throat said.

“The RM called the Police where two of the them came. The two Police could not control the man so requested for more aid from their colleagues. Not for the intervention of pepper spray, the Police wouldn’t have been able to control the man who is believed to be on drugs” the deep throat told www.233times.net

The man is currently at the Harbour Police Station.
