“At a 2011 Regional Education Sector Annual Review (RESAR) which was held at Fijai in Sekondi-Takoradi to find out the reasons for poor academic performance of the Students at BECE, it was found out that exams fright is one of the major causes. “The results of this pep-talk is what keeps us embarking on it annually. Last two years, three schools that we visited were amongst the first ten performers which an increase in Students’ performances. Last year, more than 25 Students who we directly mentored got their first choice schools. We complement the efforts of the Teachers and Parents and since they see us as role models, they listen to what we tell them” Mr. Coomson added.
