PHOTOS: President of Bank Montreal in Canada arrives in Western Region today

The President of Bank Montreal in Canada Scott Brison arrives in the western region on Thursday morning. His visit to the region will take him to the SOCINAF Plantation at Daboase, the Aboadze Power Enclave in the Shama District and then to the Takoradi Harbour.

He was received into the region by an entourage from the Western Regional Coordinating Council (WRCC) which was ably led by the Western Regional and his deputy, Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah and Gifty Kusi respectively at the Takoradi Air Port on Thursday morning.

Spicefmonline.com is reliably informed that, Hon. Scott Brison and his team of investors from Canada will also be briefed about the operations of Ghana Gas, RPCU, Goldfields and the Ghana Rubber Estate Limited at the Western Regional Coordinating Council all in the bid to get some investment for these companies in the region in other to expand their operations to produce more whiles it ensures job security for the teaming youth in the region.

The visit of Hon. Brison to Ghana is upon invitation by the Western Regional Minister, Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah when he visited Canada on Monday 10^th June 2019 in honour of some outstanding invitations extended to him to participate in public engagement programme there in which Hon. Okyere Darko Mensah gave a presentation on Western Region at the Global Petroleum Show 2019.
