Hard-nosed reporters and journalists are the ones that usually find it necessary to ambush someone else for a much-needed interview.
But the role was painfully reversed for Joy FM’s former Western Regional Correspondent, Phillip Nyakpo.
While visiting Ghana, his six-year-old son started peppering him with some uncomfortable, personal and pointed questions that only a trained journalist might think of as an investigative tool.
The testy and revealing interaction was turned into a 12-minute documentary.
It shows an uncomfortable journalist trying to keep a brave face while his young son who asked profound questions about work, love and life.
