Coronavirus: Nero X and Aroma Universal Foundation donate to 5 villages in Western Region

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic in Ghana, renowned Musician Nero-X partnered Aroma Universal Foundation to donate to 5 villages in Western Region on Tuesday 31st March, 2020.

This is an effort by Nero X and Aroma Universal Foundation to prevent the spread of the disease in the Western Region which has not recorded any case yet.

Sekyere Krobo, Didiso, Nsuta, Sekyere Heman and the likes all in the Western Region were the villages which benefitted from the generosity. Items such as Veronica Buckets, Tissue, Baskets, rubber hand washing basin etc were amongst the items given to the villages.

“We decided to consider those in the villages because we realised that most, if not all, donation were given to bigger towns and cities neglecting those in the villages” the Executive Director of Aroma Universal Foundation, Monica Dede Odonkor said.

Nero X also mentioned that as a public figure and a music icon, it was very necessary to join forces with Aroma Universal Foundation for the donation and campaign against coronavirus.

The grateful Chief of Sekyere Heman, Nana Anyani Boadu was full of gratitude the NGO and Nero X and called on other organizations to emulate what has been done.
