COVID-19: Western Region records 23 cases (Area breakdown)

The latest update from the Western Region Health Directorate has indicated that the total confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the region is now twenty-three (23).
This is an addition of two more cases from the previous updates.
From the available data, Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis has 11 confirmed cases, Ahanta West Municipality 3, Tarkwa Nsuaem 2, Effia-Kwesimintsim 1, Mpohor District 1, Ellembele 1, and Nzema East 4.
Surprisingly, all of the confirmed cases with the exception of one is asymptomatic. The one who showed symptoms has an underlining condition – Hepatitis B.
According to a reliable source, most of the patients are managed from home with four of them been moved into compulsory isolation.
