COVID-19: Western Region records 1,051 cases with 915 discharged

Some nine hundred and fifteen (915) patients have been discharged from the various isolation centers in the Western Region, an addition of 59 patients to the earlier 856.
According to Regional the Health Directorate, these patients show no symptoms or illness after fourteen days of their first positive test. “These persons cannot transfer the virus to any other person,” the report indicated.
In addition, one thousand and fifty-nine (1,051) cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the region with 33 recoveries and 3 deaths.
