Sekond-Takoradi: Panic at GES as HR tests positive for COVID-19

The Human Resource Manager of Ghana Education Service (GES) in Western region has tested positive for COVID-19, deep throat sources have revealed.

The 59 year old Saed Yankey, who is in critical condition has since been flown to Accra for further medical attention.

Mr Yankey, had reportedly been on oxygen for about two weeks at an isolated center in Sekondi/Takoradi before his transfer to Accra.

News about the HR’s condition that have started trickling in at the GES circles in the region, have sent chiils down the spines of most of the over 70 staff members working with him at the Head Office in Sekondi.
