Yaa Amoako-Adu, Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Logistics and Consult Limited, a local partner of Apave International has emerged as the winner of the Forty Under 40’s ‘Energy/Oil and Gas’ category.
The event which was held last Friday 25th September, 2020 awarded young Ghanaians who are below the age of 40 and making giant strides in their various industries.
Apave Ghana Inspection, a Joint Venture Company in the oil and gas industry has over 59 subsidiaries around the world.
Ms. Amoako-Adu began her career path in oil and gas industry in 2008; her first employment appointment in the sector was an Administrative Assistant for Global Energy Ventures, a British based Company. She later became the Operations Secretary in the company.
In 2011, Yaa joined Apave Ghana Limited, a French Company as Administrative Officer and rose through the ranks from:
Admin Officer – 2011 – 2012
Head of Admin – 2012 – 2014
Head of Admin and Finance – 2014 – 2015
Local Content and Local Affairs and Regulations – 2015 – present.
Yaa is a good champion for inspiring women in the oil and gas industry, an initiative which found her rubbing shoulders with executive of the world’s leading emerging companies.
