As demanded by the laws of Ghana, a missing person can be declared dead after seven years of no appearance.
By this law, Theophilus Tagoe, popularly known as Castro Under Fire, a Ghanaian Artiste who got missing at Aqua Safari with Janet Bandu last seven years would be declared dead next month.
Speaking to the father of Castro on ‘OC Showbiz Review’ on Skyy Power FM in Takoradi, the father of the Artiste says even though they (the family) are aware of the law, they are not perturbed about it.
“We are law abiding people so the family will not resist the state institution from pronouncing him dead in July as demanded but will they force us to have his funeral or will they kill him when he appears after the pronouncement?” Mr. Eshun, the father of Castro quizzed.
Wondering what emboldens him to make those remarks, Mr. Eshun told the Host, Nana Kwesi Coomson that his son is not dead so no law or person can compel him to organize the son’s funeral nor will he be killed should he appear after that pronouncement.
Sounding more composed and refusing to reveal more, Mr. Eshun says time has all the answers.
