Western Regional Minister paid GHc3,000 as ransom for pregnant missing and found Tadi woman

www.233times.net can confirm that as part of efforts to rescue the alleged pregnant missing and found Josephine Panyin Mensah, the Western Regional Minister, Dr. Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah paid a total of GHc3,000 as ransom demanded by the ‘kidnappers.’

Deep throat told www.233times.net that the Regional Minister paid that money through the police as part of negotiations with the alleged kidnappers. “RM paid that money to the alleged kidnappers and I was the one he (RM) directed to pay that money to the people” the source revealed to www.233times.net.

In the wake of the payment, the phone of the lady was monitored and at some points, the phone is switched on and immediately after a call, it is turned off. This was when she was reported to have been kidnapped, www.233times.net is also informed.
