CITI FM Boss defends EIB

CEO of Citi Fm / Citi TV Samuel Atta Mensah has waged into recent conversations on the alleged unpaid salaries of staff of media company EIB Network.

On Monday July 4 , 2022 , news went viral that some staff of EIB Network in Accra laid down their tools to impress on their managers to pay their unpaid 9months salaries. This brought huge back lash at the managers of EIB Network from the public.

However ,commenting on a post by Daily Graphic on Twitter , which also sought to propagate the alleged rumors , the CEO questioned why the print media did not seek any response from EIB CEO but went forth to post his picture.

“Unpaid salaries story ? Resignation is still allowed . No?, he questioned. He continued , “the organization has been through hell and back , I expected Graphic to have at least taken a response from the man whose picture they’ve boldly posted for balance .” “At least they don’t depend on our taxes like you do “ he exclaimed .
