National Chief Imam visits Sekondi

The National Chief Imam, Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, has visited Sekondi today, November 17, to pay his respect to the late Western Regional Chief Imams.
According to reports, the chief Imam could not visit when the late regional chief Imams passed away and could not also make it to their funeral hence paying his respect with this visit.
Alhaji Sani Abdullah Bawa, the head Imam for the Western Region, passed away at the age of 74 years on September 14, 2022.
He died just 4 months after being sworn in as the chief Imam when Sheikh Ustaz Dr Ali Hasan Ali, the former Western Regional Chief Imam, passed away on March 29, 2022.
