The Minister submitted that “Youth Empowerment” had been pursued with intense energy over the period in line with the Free SHS policy.
He called on the youth to be obedient and respectful, and also, to remain focused on their studies.
Dr Darko-Mensah emphasized that, as partners and social actors of change and progress, they should endeavour to engage in roles and responsibilities that ensure advancement to their development.
He further advised them to venture into agriculture and its value chain coupled with communication and critical thinking skills which are requisites for 21st-century development.
The Minister commended the efforts of the staff in executing the mandate of moulding and developing the talents of many young men and women.
