Former Shama Constituency MP, Ato Panford passes on

Former Member of Parliament (MP) for the Shama Constituency in the Western Region, Hon. Ato Panford has passed on.

The former Legislator died at the GPHA Hospital in Takoradi on Sunday, February 12, 2023.

According to reliable sources, Hon. Panford has been unwell for sometime now and complained of stomach upset on the Sunday February 12 when he was rushed to the GPHA Hospital and passed on when he was admitted.

Ato Panford born August 28 1962 served on the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Shama Constituency in the Western Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party from 2017 to 2021.
