Kwesimintsim MP Dr. Armah bags MSc in Development Finance 8 years after obtaining PhD


The Member of Parliament for Kwesimintsim Constituency, Dr. Prince Hamid Armah has graduated from the University of Ghana Business School with an MSc in Development Finance.

The first time legislator who is in Parliament on the ticket of New Patriotic Party is a man of many accomplishments and a true inspiration to those who aspire to reach their goals.

He graduated from Aberdeen University with a PhD in Mathematics Education eight years ago and since then, has been on a journey of exploration and learning.

The man who is never satisfied with academic heights added another milestone in his academic career by obtaining an MSc in Development Finance from the highly esteemed University of Ghana Business School. His hard work and dedication paid off as he completed his dissertation manuscript and is preparing it for publication.

Dr. Armah firmly believes that age should never be a barrier to achieving one’s goals and encourages others to pursue their dreams, no matter their age. His words and actions serve as a testament to this belief, as he continuously challenges himself to learn and grow.

Aside from his academic achievements, Dr. Armah is also a prominent figure in Ghana’s political and education scene. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Education Committee in Parliament, where he works tirelessly to promote education and improve the lives of Ghanaians.

Dr. Armah’s expertise in education is widely recognized, and he has served as the former Director-General of the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA). He has also worked as a university lecturer and education consultant for notable organizations such as The World Bank, UKAID, USAID, and UN Education Commission projects.

Overall, Dr. Prince Hamid Armah’s dedication to education and lifelong learning is an inspiration to many. His unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth serves as a reminder that anything is possible with hard work, determination, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
