WhatsApp introduces screen share and landscape mode on video calls
Meta owner, Mark Zuckerberg has disclosed that the popular social media platform, WhatsApp will introduce screen share and landscape mode on video calls.
He made the announcement on Tuesday with a post on Facebook.
“We’re adding the ability to share your screen during a video call on WhatsApp,” Mr Zuckerberg disclosed.
With this new innovation, it means users can now share their screens with their friends or business partners if they are making a presentation.
Users can now initiate screen sharing by clicking on the ‘Share’ Icon and choosing between sharing a specific application or sharing the entire screen.
Also, WhatsApp users can enjoy video calls in landscape mode for a wider and more immersive viewing and sharing experience on their phones.
