Kwabena Kwabena contests for UPSA SRC President

Ghanaian highlife artiste, George Kwabena Adu, known in the music industry as Kwabena Kwabena, is the latest musician to be involved in student politics.
According to his manager Nana Poku Ashis, Kwabena is contesting for Student Representative Council (SRC) presidency at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), where he is studying for a bachelor’s degree.
Kwabena Kwabena currently holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the Accra Polytechnic after completing St. Peter’s Secondary School.
His move follows the steps of Samini who became SRC President for GIMPA, Guru who is currently the SRC President for the University of Ghana, and Dr Cryme who recently won the SRC President position at the Methodist University.
The SRC election for the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) is slated for May 30, 2025.
