Lifeless body of madman decomposing at Fijai (DISTURBING PHOTO)

Residents of Fijai, a suburb of Sekondi in the Western Region are unable to stay in the homes due to a lifeless body of a madman that lying in front of the Frebe Mall at Fijai causing stench in the neighbourhood.
The body has been lying there for the past three days even though residents say they have alerted the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly (STMA) staff and the Police.
