COVID-19: Western Region records 352 cases

The Western Region now has 352 positive cases with a total of six (6) people who have recovered from COVID-19 and one death.
The Region, now named as the hotpsot in Ghana had a slow recovery rates as only one person had recovered for weeks whilst the infection rate kept rising.
The Western Regional Health Directorate gave the following cases counts: Sekondi Takoradi – 137
Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality 104
The Effia Kwesimintsim – 37
Prestea Huni Valley Municipality – 31
The Amenfi West Municipal and Wassa East District have both recorded its first case
So far only one fatality has been recorded.
