Deep throat information available to www.233times.net is that Former Minister of Education under the erstwhile Mahama administration, Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has been settled on as John Mahama’s running mate.
The deep throat reveals that Professor Jane Opoku-Agyemang has accepted the glorious offer to partner the flagbearer as the country nears the elections. “President Mahama in consultation with the Council of Elders and the National Executive Committee of the Party settled on Professor Nana Opoku-Agyemang and will make this public soon” the deep throat told www.233times.net
Professor Opoku-Agyemang was the former Vice-Chancellor of University of Cape Coast, the first female to occupy that office in Ghana.
Born in 22nd November 1951 in Cape Coast, Professor Opoku-Agyemang was appointed as Minister of Education in 2013 by ex-President Mahama and was in that position until January 2017.
Names such as Kwesi Botchway, Nuamah Donkor, Alex Mould, Asiedu Nketia, Kwabena Duffour and Ezenator Rawlings came up as possible running mates.
