
Multiple award winning Artiste Martin King Arthur, professionally known as Kofi Kinaata has described the late Mayor of Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly, Hon. K. K. Sam as his mentor who was his reliable network.
After signing the book of condolence at the residence of the late Mayor on Sunday 12th July, Kofi Kinaata also shared with the bereaved family some fond memories of Hon. K. K. Sam as his Junior High School Teacher who taught him Fante.
“Mr. Sam was strict at ensuring that we (Students) speak flawless Fante without adding any English word or phrase whilst speaking. That helped me in speaking and writing good Fante. I was known to be the best Fante Student in my class, thanks to Mr. Sam” Kofi Kinaata revealed.
“He (Hon. K.K. Sam) always gave me sound counsel; revealing some areas that I can invest wisely and also took me to some of the works that he is doing in the Metropolis” Kofi Kinaata added
The widow and children of Hon. K.K. Sam expressed their grateful to the Artiste and his team who visited for sympathizing with them in this hard times.
