Expect these as Prez. Akufo-Addo announces appointees – No MP to be Regional Minister + 8 other shocking decisions

www.233times.net is reliably informed that there are serious discussions in the Jubilee House, the seat of government of Ghana about the number of Ministers and other critical decisions concerning appointments in the second term of President Akufo-Addo.

According to deep throat in the Jubilee House, the President and his handlers have come to some certain conclusions. Amongst the decisions that the President and his ‘wise-men’ have settled on considering the outcome of election 2020 and the hung parliament in the 8th Parliament of Ghana, there would be:

  1. No Member of Parliament (MP) would be appointed as Regional Minister
  2. There would be no Deputy Regional Ministers
  3. The President will appoint less than 90 Ministers, Regional Ministers included
  4. Most of the Ministries will be merged where as others scrapped off. Some of the Ministries to be merged include;
  5. Communications and Information to be merged
  6.  Inner-City and Zongo Development Ministry to be made an agency.
  7. Ministry of Fisheries to go under Ministry of Agriculture
  8. Procurement Ministry to go off
  9. No appointment for anyone who has publicly declared intension to contest for Flagbearer

Even though there are many changes to be expected in the second term of President Akufo-Addo, barring any last minute changes, www.233times.net is very certain on the above listed changes.
