Kwesimintsim MP Dr. Armah, 6 others appointed as TOR Board of Directors

Member of Parliament for Kwesimintsim Constituency, Dr. Prince Hamidu Armah and six others have been appointed by President Akufo-Addo as members of the Board of Directors of Tema Oil Refinery Company Limited (TOR).

On the board with the Kwesiminstim Constituency legislator include Nana Akua Bakoma Prempeh, Albert Ahenkan, who is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at the University of Ghana Business School; and Irene Osei Bonsu.

the letter dated January 31, Signed by Secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asare in a letter dated January 31, the President retained Edith Sapara-Grant and Leon Kendon Appenteng as members of the Board of Directors.

The Energy Ministry will have to “take the necessary steps to have the said appointments implemented in accordance with the Company’s Act (Act 992) and the regulations of the Company,” the letter directed.
