Former US Ambassador Sullivan expresses appreciation to Ghana Post for successful delivery of bike

Immediate past US Ambassador to Ghana Stephanie Sanders Sulivan has expressed much joy about the successful delivery of her bamboo bike by Ghana Post.

The package, which was expected to take two weeks to arrive in the US, only took nine days, much to the excitement of Mrs. Sullivan.

The American diplomat wrote in a short Facebook post, “ Excited that my bamboo bike arrived from Ghana! Thank you Ghana Post. Some assembly required though…”

The customer experience by the former US Ambassador comes in the wake of Ghana Post’s recent re-echoing of the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction as a major growth index under the leadership of the new MD Bice Osei Kuffour.

Ghana Post, the nation’s postal service operator in recent times, seems to attract the admiration of many Ghanaians and postal users worldwide.

In February this year, many netizens applauded Ghana Post for introducing the Vals on Wheel Promo to enable shoppers, families, and loved ones to express their love.

A few days ahead of Easter, the newly appointed MD, Bice Osei Kuffour, in a speech at the new fleet unveiling ceremony, gave assurance to the general public of Ghana Post’s readiness to lead the postal and courier services in the country.

The increase in the company’s fleet is expected to expand its operations and pave the way for new market penetration.

Ghanaians and postal patrons worldwide have witnessed a series of brand elevation activities by Ghana Post during the first 100 days of the Bice Osei Kuffour-led administration.

Key amongst these programmes is rebranding to achieve Top Of Mind Awareness for Ghana Post through the revitalization of the Pick & Drop Speedlink service, Vals on Wheels Promo during Valentine’s Day, the Re-introduction of the Scuttle Home Parcel Box service and new Fleet.
