Ghana Police find Meek Mill’s stolen phone and thief in less than 24hrs

The Ghana Police Service says the stolen phone of American rapper Meek Mill has been found.

One suspect has consequently been arrested in connection with the theft.

The rapper had announced on Instagram how he was pickpocketed, pleading with all to bring “that Jawn” back if found.

He is said to have later reported the crime to the police in Accra, leading to the arrest.

“The suspect Nuhu Sule alias Ababaawa was arrested Friday, December 30, 2022, at his hideout in Accra,” a press release from the Service said.

“He is currently in Police custody and will be taken through the due process of the law.”
