Mobile telecommunication network MTN has apologised to its customers for the intermittent challenges suffered in the large evening of Wednesday, September 13.
Most customers experienced difficulties in accessing voice and Mobile Money (MoMo) services.
“This is as a result of a technical challenge,” the market leader said in a public service announcement Wednesday night.
“Our engineers are working hard to resolve the issue and we will update when it is done.”
Ghana’s sole significant market power (SMP) rendered an apology for the hitches.
“We deeply apologised for the inconvenience caused.”
It is expected that as per regulations, MTN will compensate customers for the challenges.
