Ghana would’ve been like Dubai if I was still President – Mahama

Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama has expressed disappointment in the level of development in Ghana.

He argues that with the funds available to the NPP administration under Nana AddolgttDlankwa Akufo-Addo Ghana, he could have done better.

John Dramani Mahama made this known when he met with Imams in the Ashanti regional capital, Kumasi

“Within five years President Akufo-Addo took a loan of $11.5billion. I was in power for four years, all the things we did, new harbours,  airport and all the things were from a $3.5 billion loan that we took.

“Ghana would have been like Dubai under me if I got the kind of money Akufo-Addo had,” he said during a Special prayer session by Moslem clerics and imams in the Ashanti Region Monday, December 2.
