“I was on cocaine for 12 years and I used to sell my parents property for drugs” Actor Timothy Bentum

1382869_10201482044710649_585869480_nHe will be best described as the Actor who is always in the role of criminal, deadbeat dad, drug dealer or anything negative. Ace Actor, Timothy Bentum who over the years is known for his heinous character in movies at the Actors, Professionals, Presenters and Musicians for Christ (APPMC) event confessed to the congregation one of his darkest side over the years.

Timothy who doubles as the Architect of the event and Speaker reminisced how he has taken his parents through emotional trauma. “I remember one day my father left the house to work and came back to meet an empty room. I had sold the carpet, TV, fridge, furniture, everything in the house to buy drugs. My father sat on the floor at the hall crying like a baby” he recollected.

“I was on cocaine for 12 years and I used to sell my parents property for drugs. Now ladies love me but if you saw me some years ago when my cheeks were bony and I was skinny, you wouldn’t have even looked at me” He recounted.

“When I met my wife, she used to smoke my cigarette with me and later told me if I don’t stop it she will leave me. My wife has been so instrumental in my life” Timothy praised his wife

“Before my father died, he phoned me every Friday to pray for him. He will hug me and say “Nyame nhyira wo atsi” (God bless you ok) anytime I went to him in Cape Coast” Timothy added.

Timothy Bentum who is now an Evangelist is known for his healing prowess. His Ministry, ‘Timothy Bentum Ministry’ was outdoored at the event at Perez Chapel, November 1.
