Ghanaian Artistes should be serious and stop womanizing and unnecessary clubbing – K.K. Fosu

download (3)Ace Highlife Artiste, K.K. Fosu has expressed disgust concerning how contemporary music and Musicians have become stale. According to him (K.K. Fosu) many Artistes are not learning and are wasting time and resources on irrelevance.

The ‘Sudwe’ hit maker made this known on OC Showbiz Review on Skyy Power Fm, a Radio Station in Takoradi. Speaking to the Host, Nana Kwame the Master Planner, K.K. Fosu revealed that, most Artistes do not even know the key or rhythm they sing; all they know is “give me a beat similar to this and that. Because of the latest device (computer) used in the work, they (Artistes) only demand for beat and insert their rap lines in it”

“If Musicians can add the Highlife to their trend and learn how to play an instrument, at least, keyboard, guitar, those things, let’s learn how to play them, I think it will help us go far in the industry” K.K. Fosu detailed.

Answering to whether his worry is that the contemporary Artistes do not learn, K.K. Fosu admitted that “We don’t, we don’t. The problem is we do go out more than we stay indoors and learn; that’s what I’ve noticed in contemporary Artistes. They like clubbing, partying, smiling, womanizing, driving big cars, wearing big shoes etc that is all they know. Instead of getting time for the work (music) and planning into the next 5 or 8 years, they are spending time on the mentioned. They don’t learn”

K.K. Fosu who has added management of Football Players to his portfolio added that he is set to release a new album latest by March.
