Khloe Kardashian will be living in one of the most talked-about houses in Calabasas.

On Thursday Us Weekly reported the 29-year-old has snapped up Justin Bieber’s mansion, which is famous not only for being a notorious party pad, but also because it’s in the neighborhood where the Baby singer allegedly egged a home.

It’s not difficult to figure out why the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star – who in January sold the Tarzana love nest she once shared with Lamar Odom – chose this area: her neighbor will be sister Kourtney.

Bieber – who has been living in an Atlanta, Georgia rental – bought the 9,000 square foot Spanish style mansion that sits on 1.3 acres in 2012 for $6m. TMZ has reported Khloe paid $7.2m for the dream property.

The spread features a large kitchen with an island, a library, a home theater, a swimming pool with a hot tub and a guest house. There is also a graffitied skateboard ramp on the grounds, but that will most likely be removed.

Before Bieber, Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole Murphy owned the property.

The Mediterranean style mansion is located in a gated community called The Oaks and is 22 miles from Hollywood, but only five minutes from her mother Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills home.

Khloe and Lamar sold their love nest to Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco for $5.49m almost two months ago, and on Wednesday she was spotted moving her belongings in.
