Sarkodie Represents Africa In The BET Hiphop Awards Cypher 2012

2012 BET Award co-winner for ‘Best African Act’ – Micahel Owusu Addo better known as Sarkodie is profiled alongside 42 US based rappers for the 2012 BET Hiphop Awards Cypher adding another feather to his cap.
Sarkodie, the Ghanaian rapper is the only one who towers all african rappers to feature in the Cypher. This makes him the first Ghanaian act to flirt on that stage. Sarkodie featured in the cypher hosted by legendary DJ Premiere.

The award show which was taped last night September 29 in Atlanta, USA will be aired in the US on October 9, 8P/7C and on BET Intl (Europe & Africa) on October 13 at 8pm BST. Six of the cyphers will be premiered during the awards show. The remaining three will be shown exclusively on BET.com
