Shatta Wale promises to raise GHc1 million for Black Stars ahead of World Cup

shatta_wale_steappThe reigning Artiste of the year, Shatta Wale has made a pledge to Ghana’s National Football team, Black Stars. The Dancehall King in Ghana is one of the Ambassadors of the Black Stars. The Ambassadors were chosen from the Sports and Showbiz fraternity to help raise funds and support for the National Team ahead of the World Cup.

In an interview, Shatta Wale said “I really would hope that every Ghanaian, if not every Ghanaian, most of us would go and support the Black Stars.” Asking if he would help to raise the GHC1 million, Shatta Wale responded “Yes, yes, I really want to do that (raise GHc1 million), erm and because of the fans that I have, I’m really trying to put up stuffs and place where I could hit my fans up so we could try and raise that amount.”

Belief in his huge fan base has made him take this bold step so www.233times.net is urging all Shatta Movement fans to help their icon raise this amount in this shortest possible time.
