Shatta Wale hot over GHc 1 million he promised Black Stars

355196324_888625It’s almost a month now since Shatta Wale promised the Ministry of Youth and Sports one million Ghana cedis to help sponsor the Black Stars trip to Brazil. The World Cup in Brazil 2014 kicks off in 2 days and we have not heard anything from the Ministry and from the Shatta movement family. Soon after winning Artiste of the year, Shatta Wale urged all his fans to text SCORE to 1474.

He also said he was going to undertake an autograph session and use that platform to raise funds.

We are currently unsure if the whole Bulldog issue has had any effect on Shatta’s ability to raise the funds. It would be recalled that, Bulldog was picked up by the police to help in the investigations regarding the death of Fennec Okyere.

A few social commentators have asked if Shatta Wale made a futile promise about helping raise funds for the Stars.

More soon…
