Quarme Zaggy And Trigmatic ‘Hunts’ For True Love

Despite the endless opportunities that comes with fame, of which women are the highest beneficiary any male celebrity cannot be denied of, two of Ghana’s biggest musicians, Quarme Zaggy and Trigmatic are showing ingratitude to their female fans who in one way or the other craving to get their love attention. For Trigmatic, I can recall of about two ladies who have confessed to me how they will never let go of his love when he approach them. Quarme Zaggy, after his surface with the ‘Just the Two of Us’ banger, women ‘no be problem’ like Sarkodie raps.
Does true love exist? That is the question and search for these two Ghana’s proud songsters. If Quarme Zaggy broke into the musical boundaries with ‘Just the Two of Us’ hit which featured Okyeame Kwame, what then is his searching for. Or his popular phrase’ Just the Two of us’ was not about love? This question demands answer from the ‘kwadonto’ writer. In an interview with him, with this question on, Quarme Zaggy prolonged his laughter in avoidance of the question. When asked again, he ignored it. This Question would not be left unanswered by him as this reporter will chase him tirelessly for an answer.

Trigmatic, with all his stylish rap and praise showering on the ladies of Ghana also is in search of true love. Before this reporter wrote this story, the question that was running in his mind was, ‘what do these guys mean when they say they are searching for true love?’ In a self answer to the question, this reporter realized that it was not in search of love but the word that prefixes the word love is ‘true’. If any Ghanaian musician should lack this deficiency of true love, then the man who holds the title now in Ghana as the best rapper should not have complained. Regardless of his charming voice that lullabies the ladies into hypnosis, Trigmatic has got the looks that could attract his dream woman.
Quarme Zaggy on his Facebook wall has been writing about true love of which most of his fans asked him what he means by his constant writings on that. In his sleek sounding voice and with his guitarist talent, Quarme Zaggy should not have been ranked among those who gnashed for true love but unfortunately for him, he is pointed with that finger.
Quarme Zaggy in a personal chat with this reporter stressed that, this question about true love has been so much of a worry to him of which he is left with no other decision than to enter the booth to tell his fans and non fans alike what he has been writing on his Facebook wall (true love). Quarme Zaggy features Trigmatic on the upcoming song. When asked why he featured Trigmatic on this song, Quarme said he sees Trigmatic to be on equal pedestals when it comes to issues about true love.
On the manuscript which had all the lyrics of his upcoming song, Quarme Zaggy had written these lyrics as start of the song, “I will be the one to make you smile; I’ll never let you cry, I promise on my honour to be with you all day”. He further explained in the lyrics that, the song is dedicated to a lady (unknown) and so he (Quarme Zaggy) would want to see the lady in question to dance to it because he will be her true love. In his sweet soothing words to his true love, Quarme Zaggy told in his yet to be released song that, he is not like the other guys who will give lady a sweet beginning of love life and end it with so many fights.
When this reporter sneaked to have a glance of Trigmatic’s rap lines, he had this in his rap, “I know am sure so I’m going all in, so let them try, they not gonna win. You are the only one who can make a man sin…..”
The song which is entitled ‘TRUE LOVE’ is about to hit the airwaves and just as the ‘two of them’ (Quarme Zaggy and Trigmatic) always deliver their songs in style; this song is not too far from that. This reporter ticks the song (true love) to win an award after its release.
