Takoradi introduces ‘The Underground Chart OC’

As a way to help the staggering talents in the Western Region, a weekly chart show has been introduced to project the musical talents of the up and coming Artistes in the region. This is a weekly music countdown show on Radio Maxx 105.1 FM which will be aired on the station’s influential programme, ‘Late Night Show’ hosted by Asante GMT from 10pm to 12am every Thursday.
Regardless the genre an Artiste is into, those who are residents of the Oil City (Takoradi) are given the opportunity to submit their songs with song covers and brief description of the Artiste. 10 songs from the submitted songs would be ranked per downloads on www.233times.net , www.ghanandwom.com and www.hypingghana.com.
Astute Bloggers, Entertainment Presenters and Reporters will help the host judge the songs weekly.
The ‘Underground Chart OC’ premieres on Radio Maxx 105.1 and online on 2nd October, 2014. Songs should be submitted via email [email protected].
