Nana Akufo-Addo yesterday polled 117,413 of the total ballot cast representing an overwhelming 94.35 per cent, the EC Director of elections declared, late Saturday evening.

Beating his contenders Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten and Francis Addai-Nimo, the septuagenarian went home to a warm hug from his beautiful wife Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo. The better half of Nana Addo could not hide her joy after watching and listening at home how her husband floored the two contenders.

Nana Addo shared the picture on his active Facebook page and captioned it “Akufo-Addo arrives home to a warm hug from his beautiful lady, Rebecca.”
