A Health worker with the Ahmediya Hospital in Daboase in the Wassa East district of the Western Region has done one of the unthinkables under the sun.
He has subjected his elder sister to a merciless beatings for a rather weird reason that he didn’t understand the reason why the sister would mourn the death of their nephew who was very recalcitrant.
The Man, popularly known as Joe is currently at large whilst the victim who sustained life threatening injuries is currently on admission at the Female surgical ward at Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital with stiches all over her face. A complaint is yet to be lodged with the police.

Abena who is a daughter of the victim tells yours in the indefatigable service of ghana, Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson, in an exclusive interview, the victim, Naomi Hayford has been in charge of the upkeep of one of her siblings’ son, Derrick, who is now deceased
According to her, last sunday morning, Derrick took a leave of her Auntie that he was going for a health walk but after a long wait he didn’t return only for his lifeless body to be retrieved at a beach.

It was upon hearing the news of the drowned nephew that the Auntie started wailing but the brother tried restraining her with the reason that the deceased was stubborn so if he was dead so be it but the sister would not budge and kept on mourning only for the brother to break up a table belonging to the sister and used the pieces to assault her unexpectedly while she was lying in bed leading to her current predicament
The body of the drowned nephew has also been deposited at the Effia Nkwanta Hospital Morgue for autopsy
