NDC office turns wee base (PHOTO)

kyebiDrug users are using the National Democratic Congress (NDC) office, which was recently vandalized by the angry  Zongo Youth at Kyebi in the Abuakwa South Constituency in the Eastern Region, DAILY GUIDE has gathered.

The irate NDC youth raided the party’s office after the constituency officers failed to enlist them into the police service after they allegedly collected their monies.

When DAILY GUIDE got to the party’s office on Tuesday morning, the place had been deserted, with damaged documents and posters on the floor.

The paper discovered pieces of marijuana, cigarettes and human excreta on the floor.

A source, who lives in the area, said some unknown people smoke wee at the place.

The source noted that they reported the matter to the Police Commander to deal with the criminals.

According to the source, three days ago, he found a pack of used condoms in front of the office.

Efforts by the paper to speak to the Kyebi Police commander proved futile.

The constituency chairman, Ahaji Amadu Mohammed told the reporter on telephone that he has not travelled to the office after the incident, adding that he would go there and assess the situation.
