The man insane and king of the street, Kwaw Kese was arrested for allegedly smoking cannabis in Kumasi. He was arrested around 1:30 am, Saturday at a wine shop close to Plus Two pub at Nhyiaseo, a suburb of Kumasi.
This morning, Kwaw Kese in handcuff and in the company of the police was sent to court. The court has remanded the Tema Artiste 2 weeks. The photo of the Artiste sent to court below;
